Committees

The association has four committees which meet regularly to assist the association to serve its members in the areas of:

  • Talent Development
  • BPO Industry Development
  • Ethics and Conduct
  • Legislation which affects the industry and associated advocacy

Industry Development

The Industry Development Committee conducts our promotional program, evangelising Bhutanese talent and BPO capabilities to the world.

Ethics

The Ethics Committee steers the reputation of the industry.

Legislative

The Legislative Committee advocates changes or retention of government policies and mandates which are relevant to the association’s mission.

Talent Development

The Talent Development Committee serves the association’s mission of developing the nation’s talent.
